  Chet Williams Construction Inc. (CWC) was founded in 1964 in the Seattle Washington area. We are a 3rd generation family owned and operated General Contractor business for the commercial industry.  We have built our business with a focus on high quality, high integrity, and high customer service values. Our business began in Mill Work and the Sawmills of Western Washington.  Chet Williams saw a need for skilled Millwrights and began the journey to build CWC. Providing excellent customer service and sourcing the most skilled teams, Chet Williams built CWC through word of mouth and a reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.  Over the years CWC Inc has adjusted well with the changes in the industry. As mills closed, CWC took their skills and branched out to other industries. From Mill Decommissioning in 2002, Aerospace, Windows, Scrap, to the Box Industry and every were in between.   Today, CWC field staff work in several different industries with the commercial construction field. CWC started working as Millwrights in the sawmills, mostly in Washington State, but as the industry changed so did, we. Now we have projects with Municipality, Government entities, Box Companies, Steel Scrapers, Commercial, Steel and Aerospace industries. We continue to stretch ourselves to learn new trades, and to diversify to provide exceptional customer service to clients. Our staff work mostly on projects in Western Washington and along the 1-5 corridor However we are not limited to this area and have branched out into the Everett, Port Angeles, Shelton, Monroe, Darington, Packwood, Morton, Randall, Puyallup & Sumner areas. We go where you need us! CWC continues to grow under the leadership of Dan (son to Chet), Troy (Grandson to Chet) & Kelly (Grandson to Chet), and younger generations to follow. Each one brings a different skill set to CWC and a vision to continue to provide the area with exceptionally skilled tradesmen.
