Dan is the son of Chet Williams, the founder of Chet Williams Construction. He started working for Chet in 1967 as a laborer/carpenter, working his way up to being the current owner, CEO, and general manager of the company, quipping and empowering the following generations to take the reins and continue the high quality and customer focused culture at CWC Inc.
Hollyann is our CFO and Supervising Manager for our company. Her knowledge and skills keep us running smooth and lean, helping to provide our customers with the best pricing possible and best customer service.
Troy is our current Lead project manager and is learning the company and rolls to continue the Chet Williams philosophy and tradition of high-quality customer focused tradition. He began working for the company in 1992 working his way up from Millwright/welder to Project Manager.
Kelly currently leads specialized crews in the field. He has worked off and on through his high school and college years and joined the CWC full time in 2002. He brings a range of diverse skills to the team. He works primarily with paving, parking lot line striping, and coordination of fire hydrant repair and replacement.
Although Ted is not technically family, like all our employees Ted is considered a trusted family member. Ted's background in Fabrication brings a variety of skills to the business. He currently is a Superintendent for field staff and provides supervision of all projects.
Jerry has been with the business for over 30 years. His welding and fabrication experience will be hard to replace when he decides to retire. He is responsible for our shop and making sure it runs smoothly. He manages the shop and shop staff.
Ruth is our payroll and Accounts Receivable specialist. She is one of the three in the office that make things look easy on our end. She makes sure that bills are sent, and employees are paid. She works closely with Kelly (K2) and Hollyann to help provide excellent customer service and keep the business running smoothly.
Also known as K2 in our office, she is the voice behind the scenes and the one customers and vendors will talk with the most. In charge of contracts, Bids, and Accounts Payable, tracking every aspect of our client’s experience from the initial phone calls to the final payment. She helps train new office staff and works with Ruth and Hollyann.
Executive assistant to Troy, Diane brings an eclectic background to the table. She is onsite with the crew, which is her happy place. She spent 15 years in construction Stormwater Management, 7 years as a City Inspector, 4 years completing residential permits for a local builder, 17 years in administrative positions. She has CAD drafting and a Graphic Design background.
